Arrival and departure
Upon arrival, your apartment will be ready by 3 p.m. If you wish to get your apartment earlier, please let us know. If you will arrive after 6 p.m. please contact us. Upon departure, please check-out by 10 a.m.

Deposit
For your definite reservation, please make a deposit of € 300,- on our bank account.

Final cleaning
Is included in the price.

Hairdryer
All bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer.

Internet/wi-fi
We offer free wi-fi in all apartments.

Key
Upon arrival you get one key that works for your apartment, the front door and the door of the ski room. If you lose a key we charge € 35,-

Visitior’s tax
Please pay the visitor’s tax separately in Haus am Kirchpatz.

Parking
We offer free car parking either in front of our house or in a parking garage.

Payment
Please transfer the price for your apartment (minus deposit) on our bank account at least 10 days before your arrival. It is also possible to pay in cash or with cash card in Haus am Kirchplatz. We do not accept credit cards. Please pay the visitor’s tax separately in Haus am Kirchpatz.

Pets
We do not allow pets.

Smoking
Please note that smoking is not allowed in our apartments.

Ski and shoe rooms
For your skis we offer a special ski room. Your shoes can be left in our shoe room. Every morning, the shoe dryer heats up your boots before going to ski.

Sometimes unexpected situations happen. In the case of a cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure, we kindly ask for your understanding that we calculate charges based on the cancellation terms of the AGBH (general terms and conditions of the hotel industry).

Consequently, the following conditions are valid in our house:

For a cancellation of the definite booking we charge a service charge of € 50,- This amount will be deduct from your deposit.

You may rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration by 3 months before the agreed date of arrival without being liable to pay a cancellation fee.

Outside the 3 month’s period, you may only rescind the accommodation agreement by means of a unilateral declaration subject to the following cancellation fees:
- 40% of the total agreed price by 1 month before the date of arrival;
- 70% of the total agreed price by 1 week before the date of arrival;
- 90% of the total agreed price within the last week preceding the date of arrival

We advice to take out a travel cancellation policy.
